We offer comprehensive assessments across a range of mental health concerns, providing each client and family with a detailed, personalised report to support a deeper understanding of their unique needs.

To enquire, please complete our contact form, including the word “assessment” and a brief description of your concerns. Flexible payment options are available; however, sliding scale fees are not offered for one-off reports.

Types of Therapy Offered

We use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in an integrative way, tailoring each session to meet clients’ specific needs and goals. Some of the main approaches include:
EMDR is often used in trauma recovery and is designed to help clients work through distressing memories and reduce the impact of traumatic experiences.
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is designed to help clients develop self-compassion and manage difficult emotions, which can be particularly beneficial for those experiencing high levels of self-criticism, shame, or distress. CFT can also support clients managing unusual thoughts or perceptions, helping them cultivate self-kindness and address secondary challenges, such as worry and low self-esteem, in a compassionate way.
ACT encourages clients to accept their emotions rather than resist them, helping them develop psychological flexibility and take actions aligned with their values.
CBT is a structured, collaborative approach that helps clients recognise and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, supporting the management of anxiety, depression, and stress.
Mindfulness techniques can be integrated across our therapeutic approaches, for those who value this practice. We aim to help clients develop present-moment awareness of both thoughts and bodily sensations, in a non-judgemental way.
